Every pet in our care receives an individual cremation, carried out with the utmost dignity and compassion
We NEVER carry out communal cremations
therefore the ashes you receive are ALL and ONLY those of your beloved pet.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CHARGE for the use of our beautiful Farewell Room when a family wishes to bring their beloved pet into our care to say farewell (by appointment only).
We are unable to offer viewings for beloved pets collected from your home or veterinary practice due to limited appointments available however can we provide a photo of your pet resting peacefully on our altar, if required and when possible.
