Questions you may have

  • No. To offer a same day service we would have to prioritise some pets over other pets which we feel is unfair therefore we do not offer a same day service.
All beloved pets in our care are equally important and loved.

  • We do not allow pet parents to watch their pet's cremation so that we can manage health and safety risks and provide safe working conditions.

  • We ONLY carry out individual cremations, therefore we can ensure the ashes you receive are all and only those of your beloved pet.
Your beloved pet will be respectfully placed on their own (without any other pets or clinical waste) in a meticulously clean chamber.
Every pet in our care wears an identity band at all times including during their cremation to ensure accurate identification.
After cremation, their ashes are very carefully collected and returned to you in your chosen urn.

  • To ensure the privacy of grieving families and the pets in our care, we are not available for people to pop in for a chat. However we can offer you an appointment so we can can answer any questions you may have or we can answer your questions by telephone or email.

  • We cover Renfrewshire, Dunbartonshire, Clydebank, and West of Glasgow subject to availability. Please note a collection fee will be applied as we only collect ONE pet at a time to ensure they have a private farewell journey with us.
We never carry out weekly collections, nor mass collections and never collect clinical waste.

  • We can cremate tiny beloved pets such as hamsters up to 40kg dogs. Every pet in our care is given the same level of dignity and respect regardless of their size.

  • As a small crematorium, we do not have the facility to be able to hold ceremonies or services for the beloved pets in our care.
We have an appointment-only Farewell Room that you may use free-of-charge to say your final goodbyes.
Please contact us to arrange a time.

  • Your pet can rest with their favourite toy and blanket however we cannot cremate these items as they may release harmful chemicals into the environment.
These items will be returned to you, if you wish, alongside your beloved pet's ashes.

  • We require payment by card or bacs the day before your loved one's individual cremation takes place. Unfortunately we are not able to offer payment plans for cremations at this time.

  • No. We have invested in a human grade mortuary where we are able to keep pets cool in their individual beds with blankets. This maintains their dignity and hygiene whilst enabling them to rest peacefully.
Unlike many vets and pet crematoriums we do not use plastic bags nor freezers to store beloved pets in.
